Riverview's OneView solutions are hosted externally by Mercy in St. Louis. Mercy has planned maintenance windows throughout the year. During these maintenance windows, a portion of the OneView/Epic environment will become unavailable. In most cases, we will experience a few hours of Level 3 downtime.
