The Epic Shadow environments will be unavailable for required work, in preparation for the Epic 2017 upgrade. May 18th, 2017 - 5:30am-6:30am EST.
During this downtime, the Epic production icons will be available. In the event that there is an Epic outage during the Shadow downtime, users will need to follow their Epic level 2 downtime procedures. Notifications will be sent at the beginning and conclusion of the downtime.
