Mercy is our OneView provider. They provide us remote access to Epic Hyperspace via Citrix StoreFront. Both Epic Hyperspace and Citrix StoreFront use Riverview's Microsoft Active Directory for credentials and authentication.

Logon Requirements

There are several requirements that must be in place for you to successfully logon to Epic Hyperspace. Some of those requirements are your responsibility (the user), many are Riverview Health's responsibility (Active Directory), and the rest are Mercy's responsibility (Citrix and Epic).

Confirm that you know your Active Directory credentials

All employees have a Microsoft Active Directory account that contains two usernames (see Microsoft Active Directory (SAM and UPN)). Many systems -- including OneView's Epic -- leverage the same Active Directory credentials (username and password). If you can successfully logon to any of these frequently used services, then you have confirmed that you know your username a password.

Citrix StoreFront (Mercy & Riverview)

Launch the Mozilla Firefox web browser, visit https://riverviewconnect.mercytechnology.net/, logon using your SAM (required) username and password.

VMware Horizon (Riverview)

Launch a web browser, visit https://desktops.riverview.org, select VMware Horizon HTML Access, logon using either your SAM (recommended) or UPN username.

Microsoft Office 365 (Riverview)

Launch the Mozilla Firefox web browser, visit https://office.riverview.org/, logon using your UPN (required) username and password.

Windows (Riverview)

From the Ctrl + Alt + Del screen, logon using either your SAM (recommended) or UPN username.

If you can successfully logon to any of these services, then you have proven that you know your Microsoft Active Directory password and at least one of your usernames.

Test your credentials in OneView's Epic

To logon to Epic, you will use your SAM username with the "RVH" prefix. If your SAM username was "lastf", your OneView username is "RVHlastf". Please follow these articles regarding how to logon to OneView's Epic.
