Super Users
Many Riverview employees have been trained as super users. During go live, they likely wore a yellow vest and offered at-the-elbow support. They and other coworkers should be your first source of assistance.
Riverview Help Desk
If you cannot logon to Epic, the Riverview Help Desk will likely be your best source for assistance. Please call x5HELP (x54357), option 2, option 1, to receive logon assistance (username, password, computer malfunction, etc.). Riverview's Help Desk is available during normal business hours on weekdays. Please see Help Desk hours of operation.
Mercy Help Desk
If you are able to logon to Epic, Mercy's Help Desk in St. Louis will likely be your best source for OneView/Epic assistance. Please call x5HELP (x54357) option 2, option 2, to receive Epic-specific assistance. Mercy's Help Desk is available 24/7.
