Riverview's Information Systems Help Desk is staffed during normal business hours on weekdays. After hours, one individual is on call to respond to urgent issues raised by the house supervisor. Please call if your issue is urgent and affects clinical care. Otherwise, please use this website to submit an electronic ticket.

Mercy's OneView/Epic Help Desk
Mercy is our OneView/Epic provider. Located in St. Louis, their Help Desk is available 24/7 to answer questions pertaining to OneView Epic. Once you have logged onto Epic Hyperspace, they will be able to assist you.
